i am an active jw and was raised as one.

i have been watching the site for a while and thought it could benefit from the opinions of someone who is happily a member of the jw's.

i will not get into any argumets that lead to nothing except name calling, and will not talk with anyone who is just plain mean (plenty of them in here).

since hawkaw and messenger (and others?

) have suspicions about me being some kind of informant or troll, i would like to know how the rest of you feel about my posts?.

if it were up to you, would you want me to continue posting or not?

I've only been posting here since July and can't sleep at night because I haven't made any friends. But then I'm an asshole so what should I expect.

Nathan Natas has been nice to me but I think deep down he really hates me. So, if you can take it, please keep posting.

I see by some of your posts that you enjoy books of mythology, i.e. the Bible. May I suggest the "Iliad" by Homer. I strive to live my life much as Achilles did, killing Trojans and plotting to get even with my king, Agamemnon. I have had many rich blessings as a result.

You may want to check with Fredhall regarding the societies position on apostate message boards and chat rooms and participating in same. If in doubt, call the societies service desk in Brooklyn.

I am glad you are here, I just don't want to see you get in trouble with the organization or Jehovah.
